Mrs. Wirtz's wide-ranging practice includes collaborative divorce, mediation, dissolutions, family law arbitration, complex property divisions, business divisions, pre-marital agreements, executive compensation analysis and complex divorce litigation.
She is a past President of the Center for Principled Family Advocacy. She teaches attorneys, divorce coaches, financial and health care professionals the Collaborative Divorce process. Mrs. Wirtz teaches continuing education classes at Case Western Reserve University and teaches private continuing education classes to counselors, attorneys and financial professionals. She has been a guest lecture at Oberlin College and has taught at the Ohio Judicial College. In 2014, she served as a Facilitator to assist the Cuyahoga County Domestic Judges in defining the strategic plan for their court.
Mrs. Wirtz has been a presenter at the IACP Forum (2009) and the 2011 National Employment Assistance Providers World Convention. Her article on the Cost of Divorce for Employers was published in the July/August 2012 Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal.
